Purpose:
Determine impact on hydraulic grade for a circular pipe subject to additional flow

For example, consider
  18 inch diameter pipe
  300 feet length 
  n = 0.013
  minor loss factor = 1

Total headloss for the pipe when carrying 10 cfs flow is 3.22 ft.

If 2 cfs is added to 10 cfs, the total headloss increases
by 1.42 ft resulting in (3.22 + 1.42) = 4.64 ft total head loss.

The table shows 1.42 feet as additional head loss.
